Money questions
Asked and answered
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Foundations is pay-as-you-go, and Momentum renews monthly — you can pause or stop anytime, and unused credits never expire.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free rescheduling with 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged, with exceptions for illness and emergencies — we're parents too.
Can school funding or insurance cover tutoring?
Some families use ESA funds, charter-school enrichment budgets, or employer education benefits. We provide itemized invoices and are happy to complete vendor paperwork.
Why does Specialized Learning Support cost more?
Those sessions use individualized multisensory materials built for each student, and include the intake Learning Profile and quarterly conferences. It's a different level of preparation per hour.
Not sure which fits?
That's what the free consult is for. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and you leave with a recommendation either way.
