What we collect, and why.

Last updated June 2026

We keep this simple because our data practices are simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run tutoring sessions well, we never sell personal information, and we are especially careful with anything that describes a child.

What we collect

When you submit our consultation form we collect your name, email, phone number if you share it, your student's grade level, and anything you choose to tell us in the message field. We intentionally do not ask for your child's name on the form.

If you book a session through our scheduling page, that booking is processed by our scheduling provider under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

Inquiry details are used to respond to you, recommend a plan, and match a tutor. Notes about a student's learning are used solely to plan instruction and are shared only with the tutors working with your family — and with your child's school team only at your written request.

Information about children

Descriptions of how a child learns — including learning differences such as ADHD or dyslexia — are sensitive. Share only what you're comfortable with at the inquiry stage; the message field is optional, and we can discuss details by phone instead.

Your choices

California residents may request a copy of the personal information we hold about their family, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. We honor these requests regardless of whether a specific statute requires it.

We retain inquiry records only as long as needed to serve your family, and we do not use them for advertising.
